Energise - A perfect coffee replacement for any time of day. Green tea provides a slow release of energy whilst cocoa nibs and beetroot increase bloodflow to the brain and therefor improve mental cognition.

Perform - Perfect for increased focus or exercise, Yerba Mate is great for sustainable energy, focus and endurance. Gotu Kola + Spearmint improve mental cognition.

Hydrate - Perfect for anytime you need to hydrate. We use Matcha and Yerba Mate for a slow release of energy, plus add Himalayan Pink Salts as a natural electrolyte.

Recover - Good for the afternoons and evenings, when you need to soothe mind and body. Rooibos, Lavender, Gingko Biloba and Ashwagandha are all effective anti-inflammatories, helping to ease sore muscles and decrease stress. , Gingko Biloba, Rosehip and Ashwagandha.

Sleep - Designed to optimise your sleep.Rooibos and Gingko Biloba help to reduce the levels of stress-hormones in your body that disturb sleep, Lavender reduces anxiety, whilst Turmeric and Ginger reduces inflammation. "

You can take any of our blends hot or cold depending on how you're feeling. There maybe 1 or 2mg less caffeine in cold brews but this is an insignificant difference.

Yes, our teas have no gluten or dairy.

Some but not all. The caffeine we do have is very low compared to a coffee or energy drink. We are the only UK tea + coffee company to pay for the amount of caffeine in each blend. Caffeine amounts as follows: Energise: 14mg. Perform 12mg. Hydrate: 12mg. Recover: 0mg. Sleep: 0mg.

Yes - each of our teas are from 100% plant based ingredients.

Yes. All of our 30 ingredients come from trees or the ground.

No. All are made from a 100% biodegradable corn starch, a pioneering design developed in Japan.

You can edit, pause, or cancel your subscription with us anytime after trying your first box.

To do so, simply login to your customer portal. Each subscriber will have their own individual portal- you won’t need an email address or password to sign in - it’s a unique code that will be sent to you and you only. Your link will have been sent to you on the day you first subscribed to us but if you can’t find it, just let pop us an email and we can ping it back to you straight away.

In your personalised portal, you can change the products or timings of your subscription. If you need help or just want us to edit your subscription for you, pop us an email on hello@missionuk.com and of course, we’re more than happy to do that for you too!

As soon as billing is placed, the box automatically goes into process for you and we are not able to stop the box from being shipped after payment.
