SUBSCRIPTION GUIDE

You can edit, pause, or cancel your subscription with us anytime after trying your first box.

To do so, simply login to your customer portal. Each subscriber will have their own individual portal - you won’t need an email address or password to sign in - it’s a unique code that will be sent to you and you only. Your link will have been sent to you on the day you first subscribed to us but if you can’t find it, just let pop us an email and we can ping it back to you straight away.

In your personalised portal, you can change the products or timings of your subscription. If you need help or just want us to edit your subscription for you, pop us an email on hello@missionuk.com and of course, we’re more than happy to do that for you too!

As soon as billing is placed, the box automatically goes into process for you and we are not able to stop the box from being shipped after payment.
