SUBSCRIPTION GUIDE

You can edit, pause, or cancel your subscription with us anytime after trying your first box.

To do so, simply login to your account by clicking "Log In" in the top right of our website. Once logged in this should take you through to your account area where you can click "Edit Subscription" to change any details about your orders. This includes payment details, delivery address and subscription details such as the products or timings of your subscription.

If it is the first time you have logged in and your details don't seem to work you may need to activate your email. If you are struggling to find your activation email, that's ok, you can get in touch and ask for another.

As soon as billing is placed, the box automatically goes into process for you and we are not able to stop the box from being shipped after payment.
